Role Overview:
A Zoho MFG Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Zoho-based solutions to manage manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory control, procurement, and order fulfillment. The role focuses on aligning manufacturing business processes with Zoho applications to improve efficiency, traceability, and operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with production, procurement, inventory, and finance teams.
  • Understand manufacturing processes such as Bill of Materials (BOM), Work orders & production planning, and Procurement and vendor management.
  • Map current workflows and identify process improvements.
  • Design and configure Zoho-based manufacturing solutions using Zoho Inventory (stock, order management), Zoho Books (financial tracking, costing), Zoho Creator (custom manufacturing apps), and Zoho CRM (sales-to-production integration).
  • Configuration experiences include Multi-level BOMs, Production workflows, Routing and job tracking, Warehouse and batch/lot management.

Required Skills:
  • Oracle CRM Functional Sales

Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience.
  • Candidates must be US citizens/GC holders due to government agency mandate.
