Job description

We are looking for an Application Developer to join a growing technology team supporting enterprise business applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving business problems, collaborating with end users, and building solutions that have a direct impact on daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance internal software applications
  • Design, write, and optimize SQL queries and reports
  • Analyze business processes and recommend technical improvements
  • Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
  • Test, troubleshoot, debug, and document software enhancements
  • Support existing applications and assist with database administration tasks
  • Train end users on new features and system updates

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of software development experience or equivalent programming experience
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, or C++
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing applications within the banking, financial services, or credit union industry
  • Exposure to core banking platforms or financial applications
