Job description

A global technology company serving hyperscale, OEM, ODM, and carrier customers is seeking senior commercial talent to help drive growth across North America.

This opportunity is ideal for sales leaders with experience selling optical networking products into hyperscalers, cloud infrastructure providers, OEMs, and large-scale networking environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across assigned strategic accounts
  • Develop and expand relationships within hyperscale, OEM, ODM, and carrier customers
  • Identify and close new business opportunities related to next-generation networking infrastructure
  • Align customer requirements with product and technology roadmaps
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term account strategy
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and drive achievement of revenue targets
  • Partner with engineering, product management, and operations teams to support customer programs
  • Manage opportunities from early engagement through production deployment
  • Support strategic design wins and long-term platform adoption

Preferred Background

  • 10+ years of experience selling optical networking, telecommunications, datacenter networking, or related infrastructure technologies
  • Experience working with hyperscale customers, cloud providers, OEMs, ODMs, or major networking customers
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and securing strategic design wins
  • Strong executive-level customer relationships
  • Experience supporting products used in high-speed networking environments, including 100G, 400G, and 800G deployments
  • Familiarity with technologies such as DCI, optical transport, pluggable optics, transceivers, and related networking solutions
  • Ability to operate independently while coordinating across multiple internal teams
