Job description

This position requires the individual to work in the Main Office, in SNELLVILLE, using AXIS CARE, the Homecare Scheduling software to schedule fellow Caregivers in providing high quality patient care. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to: $20-25/hr

  • Schedule, Interview and hire Caregivers. Assist with Onboarding of new Caregivers.
  • Call Caregivers to update Certifications (CPR, TB Test, CNA/PCA/LVN, etc.)
  • File all documents for Clients and Caregivers as required to comply with State and Federal regulations (eg. HIPPA) and maintain confidentiality.
  • Review Applications and responses to Job Postings from Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.
  • Perform on-call assignments after normal operating hours as needed.
  • Provide patient care under the direction of the Nursing staff.
  • Answer phone calls and leave or return messages professionally.
  • Follow up with Case Managers and Family members.
  • Assist with and print Payroll reports bi-weekly.
  • Assist with On-Call after office hours.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Work/Office environment.
  • Assist the Administrator in performing other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a CNA, PCA, or PCT
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience as in Nursing Aide, Patient Care, or other related Home Health fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, Client family members, Caregivers, and staff.
  • Demonstrate a compassionate and caring demeanor and able to multi-task.

Pay Information:

$20 - $25 / hour
