Job description

Motorcycle Salesperson

Zion Harley-Davidson
Washington, Utah | On-Site | Full-Time

Sell the Ride. Deliver the Dream. Build the Lifestyle.

Zion Harley-Davidson isn’t just a dealership, it’s a destination.

Fresh off a multi-million-dollar renovation in 2025, our showroom, service experience, and customer environment have been completely reimagined. We’re building something special here in Southern Utah and we’re looking for driven, high-energy individuals who want to be part of it.

If you thrive on connection, love the thrill of the close, and want to help people step into the Harley-Davidson lifestyle, this is your shot.

What You’ll Do

You’re not just selling motorcycles; you’re creating unforgettable experiences.

  • Welcome every customer like they’re already part of the family
  • Guide riders through the journey of finding their perfect bike, new or pre-owned
  • Demonstrate features, performance, and customization options with confidence
  • Build excitement around accessories, upgrades, and personalization
  • Turn every delivery into a memorable, share-worthy moment
  • Follow up, build relationships, and earn repeat and referral business
  • Stay sharp on product knowledge, promotions, and riding culture
  • Execute paperwork and processes accurately and efficiently
  • Consistently meet, and push beyond, sales goals

What Makes You the right Fit

We’re looking for people who bring energy to the floor and hunger to succeed.

  • Natural communicator who builds trust fast
  • Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by performance
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-first mindset
  • Ability to handle objections and close with confidence
  • Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to follow-through
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve
  • Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle (or ready to dive in)

What You Bring

  • Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a fast-paced, high-energy showroom environment
  • Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the showroom for extended periods
  • Capability to balance and maneuver motorcycles (600+ lbs)
  • Occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, and reaching

Why Zion Harley-Davidson

  • Brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership environment
  • High traffic location with strong earning potential
  • A culture built around passion, performance, and people
  • Opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, rider-focused organization

The Bottom Line

This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out sales job.

This is for someone who wants to build a career, make serious money, and be part of something bigger than themselves.

If you’re ready to bring energy, hustle, and authenticity to the showroom, we want to meet you.
