We're hiring a Cyber Security Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is onsite.

The Cyber Security Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats across the organization. This role oversees security tooling including ZeroFox, Orca Security, Zilla Security, and Google SecOps, and plays a key part in incident response, threat detection, and overall security operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and capable of coordinating cross functional efforts during active security events.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage security alerts from ZeroFox, Orca Security, Zilla Security, and Google SecOps
  • Investigate alerts, assess risk severity, and determine appropriate remediation steps
  • Continuously review dashboards and threat intelligence feeds for emerging risks
  • Tune detection rules and workflows to reduce false positives and improve response times
  • Serve as a primary responder for cybersecurity incidents
  • Lead investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery efforts
  • Document incidents thoroughly, including root cause analysis and lessons learned
  • Coordinate with IT, Legal, HR, and leadership during active incidents as required
  • Support development and testing of incident response playbooks
  • Leverage ZeroFox for digital risk protection, brand monitoring, and external threat visibility
  • Utilize Orca Security for cloud security posture management and vulnerability oversight
  • Use Zilla Security to support identity governance and access risk monitoring
  • Monitor and analyze logs and events within Google SecOps for suspicious activity
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to strengthen security posture
  • Assist with audits and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity controls
  • Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and security configurations
  • Support policy development and enforcement across the organization
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting on security metrics, incidents, and risk posture
  • Assist with employee security awareness initiatives

Skills & Qualifications 
  • Familiarity with cloud security concepts and tools such as Orca Security 
  • Understanding of identity governance and access management principles
  • Experience responding to cybersecurity incidents
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Experience with ZeroFox digital risk protection
  • Experience in cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with NIST, CIS Controls, or similar frameworks
Education and Experience: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • An associate degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or a related field
  • Experience monitoring SIEM, XDR, or SOC platforms such as Google SecOps
  • Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CEH, or similar preferred
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
