Job description

Environment Control is a building maintenance company with over 50 years of experience.
We are seeking an additional Maintenance Technician for our Special Services Department to help keep up with customer demand.

Key tasks of this position:

Preventative Maintenance Jobs (e.g. Detergent Dispensers for Washing Machines and Soap Dispensers for Dishwashers).

Dispenser installation (e.g. the ware wash side plus paper towels, toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer)

Light maintenance work jobs for our customers - e.g., replacing doors/light fixtures/sink fixtures/drywall repair/painting, etc....

Position Details:

Full-Time Position

Days / Hours - Most work is typically performed

Monday - Friday between the hours of 9a -5p

Based on the service requests, there are instances when work needs to be started before 9a and/or needs to go beyond 5p. There are instances when weekend work is required. Some projects require out-of-state travel. We do our best to plan with these types of work requests, so there is adequate time to prepare for the schedule change.

Pay Range:
$18 - $20
