Zen Mind and Behavioral Therapy Solutions seeks a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our expanding telehealth network. This full-time, remote role allows professionals the flexibility to schedule their work hours while delivering essential mental health counseling to clients across diverse backgrounds.

This position is fully remote, offering therapists the convenience of working from their homes in Battle Ground, Washington, or anywhere with internet access. As a telehealth center, we utilize state-of-the-art technology to facilitate secure video sessions, chat interactions, and messaging with clients. This modern approach not only enhances the therapeutic experience for clients but also empowers therapists with innovative tools for effective service delivery.

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using a secure video platform, engaging clients in meaningful dialogue to explore their emotions and life experiences.
• Guide clients in identifying and articulating their therapeutic goals, providing support and accountability as they work towards achieving these objectives.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders and other psychiatric concerns.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment plans, adjusting techniques and strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Advise clients on a variety of healthy coping mechanisms and effective strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

You will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. Our platform screens all clients to ensure they are conducive to a therapeutic environment. This focus allows for a more structured and impactful counseling experience, tailored to enhance overall mental well-being.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting.

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will be beneficial in this role:

• Demonstrated expertise in treating mood disorders with a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches.
• A solid grasp of psychopharmacology and experience working collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
• A proven track record of delivering successful treatment outcomes and utilizing effective intervention strategies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance. We believe in rewarding our therapists for their commitment and contributions to our clients' well-being.
