What You’ll Do

  • Connect with inbound homeowner leads via phone, text, email, and video call
  • Manage residential sales activity across your Colorado territory
  • Build accurate quotes and coordinate financing options including credit applications
  • Maintain CRM records and keep all job statuses current
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team throughout the customer journey - from order handoff to resolution of any concerns - to ensure a consistently high-quality experience
  • Represent Zen Windows at local networking events in the Denver area as opportunities arise
  • Track and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and margins
  • Share feedback from customer interactions to help improve processes and overall experience


Requirements
