Position Description
We're on the lookout for visionary leaders who can masterfully navigate the complexities of project management while fostering innovation and collaboration. Working hand in hand with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), you'll spearhead recruitment initiatives, refine hiring protocols, and craft employment agreements that set the stage for success. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to ensure maximum recruitment of Contractor's employee positions, consistent hiring practices, and comprehensive orientation, with experience and a background in financial management.
  • Prepare employment agreements for the advisor placements as necessary, negotiate terms and conditions, and draft employment packages for COR approval.
  • Lead teams of professionals who provide administrative and technical assistance across different programs and technical areas.
  • Provide strategic oversight and tracking of budget and financial transactions across all program areas.
  • Maintain up-to-date, multi-year budget planning and programmatic documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the contract and coordinate the activities and deliverables under this contract.
  • Actively coach and mentor staff under this contract.
  • Ensure compliance with all government requirements including, but not limited reporting, official documentation, and waivers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the COR on all matters pertaining to the contract.
  • Understand Agency systems/processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, and;
  • PMP certification (preferred), and;
  • Eight (8) years of progressive management experience in a production or office environment. Experience working with federal agencies, Department of State experience preferred.
  • A minimum of four (4 years) managing large teams and seasonal/temporary workforce.
  • Experience with federal government contracting.
  • Knowledge of human resources and experience with managing, coaching and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to assure quality control, and facilitate technical coordination across the technical experts working under the contract.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, and work in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to obtain an Interim and receive a full Secret-level clearance.
