Job description

Elevate your career, perform when it counts: become part of our global financial consulting evolution!
Your role:
Zanders is expanding its Treasury Technology presence across the US, and we are seeking a Kyriba Lead who combines deep functional expertise with the strategic mindset to grow our market footprint. This role goes beyond leading delivery: you will help shape our Kyriba pipeline, strengthen relationships across the treasury technology ecosystem, and represent Zanders within the vendor and industry community.
You will guide clients through complex treasury transformations, mentor a growing team, and play a central role in developing our capabilities in the US and globally. This is an opportunity to influence practice direction, drive commercial success, and build long‑term partnerships with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead major Kyriba transformation programs, ensuring excellence across design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Own and develop the Kyriba project pipeline, partnering with internal teams to identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Kyriba, technology partners, banks, and broader industry stakeholders to support market visibility and collaboration.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to client executives, shaping treasury technology strategy and long‑term roadmaps.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, promoting best‑in‑class delivery standards and supporting capability development.
  • Drive commercial activities including proposals, presentations, and strategic account growth.
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, and executive‑level communication to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Skills to be successful:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree; relevant certifications (CTP, CFA, ACT) are a plus.
  • 8-12+ years of Kyriba implementation experience, including leadership of complex or global programs.
  • Deep expertise in treasury operations, cash management, bank connectivity, payment hubs, and related technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, build and manage a project pipeline, and deliver large‑scale transformation initiatives.
  • Established relationships within the treasury technology ecosystem (e.g., Kyriba, banks, fintechs) or the ability to cultivate them effectively for business development or account expansion.
  • Strong consulting skill set with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex challenges into strategic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with executive audiences.

We offer:
  • A flexible work environment, that promotes a healthy work-life balance,
  • Participation in the Zanders bonus scheme,
  • 30 holiday days,
  • An enhanced Safe Harbor plan,
  • Excellent health, dental and vision insurance.
  • A laptop and an iPhone,
  • An entrepreneurial culture that values personal development, with ample room for initiatives,
  • Expertise in your chosen field, building skills rapidly alongside diverse clients and consultants,
  • A truly collegiate environment with enthusiastic and helpful colleagues, fostering career excellence in Treasury, Risk or Technology,
  • An annual Zanders' trip to a (surprise) location in Europe and many more exciting experiences to come!

*A fully-remote working arrangement for this role is possible, but candidates based in the New York/New Jersey area who are able to work on a hybrid arrangement have our preference.
