Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
  • Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
  • If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly with Confidence.
  • Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
  • Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements & Attendance
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment.
  • Ability to lift 30lbs
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
