Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, digital media, social media performance analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience analyzing performance across social video platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and uncover meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using analytics platforms such as YouTube Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, or comparable tools.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for digital media, audience behavior, and emerging social video trends.
  • Experience building dashboards or automated reporting solutions is preferred.
  • This role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule with an expectation of four days per week in the office.

This is a position covered under the Writers Guild of America, East, Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The base salary range for this role is $77,625-$89,818. This role is also eligible for bonus and/or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
