Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • 2 years of experience building content strategy and optimization, audience development, project management, and other scaled initiatives.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with a varied range of clients or partners to build impactful and collaborative relationships.
  • Experience working in the video or related industry.
  • Experience in areas such as health, sustainability or social impact.
  • Experience in project management and ability to work on multiple time sensitive projects.
  • Ability to think strategically and to develop a roadmap and strategy based on interpreting data and partner input.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of high-impact health partners, driving the growth of credible health content on the platform.
  • Provide data-driven content strategy, optimization advice, and digital transformation coaching to help traditional health entities grow in a modern video ecosystem.
  • Translate partner feedback and health-sector nuances into actionable insights for YouTube's product and engineering teams to improve platform features like health source labels and shelves.
  • Negotiate and execute complex content partnerships and strategic agreements with health partners and institutions.
  • Educate partners on multi-format content strategies, advising them on how to successfully split messaging between short-form engagement (shorts) and in-depth search patient education (long-form/live).
