Senior Paid Social & Video Marketing Manager

Quo

Canada, KY • On-site

$149K - $175K/yr

Full-time

Job description

About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social & Video Marketing Manager to own and operate our paid social and video acquisition programs directly. You’ll shape how we run and scale performance marketing, build creative strategy, and design AI-powered workflows, with real visibility and real impact.
This is a hands-on-keyboard role. You’ll be in the platforms every day building campaigns, managing budgets, testing creatives, and optimizing performance across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
You’ll join Quo’s Paid Growth team, responsible for driving awareness and qualified pipeline through paid media. You’ll own meaningful budget and run campaigns from audience strategy and creative testing through retargeting and conversion. You’ll partner closely with Growth Marketing, Creative, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing to launch campaigns and test new ideas, with a direct impact on pipeline and revenue.
If you’re an experienced paid social operator with equal parts creative thinking and analytical rigor, we’d love to meet you.
Some of the things you’ll do:
  • Own paid social and YouTube strategy and execution — building, launching, and optimizing campaigns with accountability to CAC, payback, and revenue targets.
  • Manage and allocate significant paid media budgets, including pacing, forecasting, and performance analysis, while identifying and unlocking new opportunities to scale across platforms, audiences, and creative.
  • Build and execute structured testing roadmaps to continuously improve performance across creatives, audiences, ad formats, messaging, and hooks.
  • Be in the platforms daily — building audiences, launching experiments, and making real-time optimizations across paid social and YouTube campaigns, including execution across formats like in-stream, Shorts, and Demand Gen.
  • Drive a high-velocity creative testing engine, partnering with Creative to continuously produce, test, and iterate on new concepts based on performance insights.
  • Work with Web Marketing to align on landing page strategy, message match, and post-click conversion optimization.
  • Partner with Data and Marketing Ops to ensure accurate measurement and reporting, and help shape how we measure performance and make investment decisions in imperfect attribution environments.
  • Translate performance data into clear narratives and recommendations that influence marketing and leadership decisions.
  • Apply AI tools as a core part of your workflow to accelerate creative development, deepen audience insights, and build scalable campaign systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Growth Marketing, and Revenue teams to align acquisition campaigns with broader go-to-market priorities.

About you:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social at a B2B SaaS, performance marketing agency, or high-growth consumer brand.
  • You live in the platforms with deep, full-funnel, hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns across major paid social and video platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit) with significant budget responsibility.
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline impact through your own execution, not just strategy or oversight.
  • Proven experience scaling creative-driven acquisition programs, with a rigorous approach to testing—you design structured experiments, analyze results with clarity, and systematically translate performance insights into high-impact creative and audience strategy.
  • AI-fluent in practice, not just in theory — you use AI tools consistently in your day-to-day to accelerate briefs, copy, research, and analysis.
  • You think critically about performance data and form strong perspectives even when measurement is imperfect. You’re able to clearly connect paid social efforts to broader business outcomes and communicate that impact with confidence.
  • You operate with high agency and autonomy, and thrive in fast-moving environments where you’re expected to both execute and drive strategy.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is as follow, plus equity and benefits:
  • SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Boston, New York, and Washington, DC Metro: $149,000 - $175,000 USD
  • All other US Locations: $134,000 - $157,000 USD
  • Canada: $136,000 - $160,000 CAD
