Youth Program Director - Costa Mesa, CA (Angels Youth Sports Camps)
Angels Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking a Youth Program Director in Costa Mesa to oversee daily operations at our Orange County camp locations.
The Youth Program Director serves as the senior authority on-site and is accountable for staff leadership, camper experience, and operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise camp staff
  • Ensure camper safety protocols are upheld
  • Deliver structured baseball and softball instruction
  • Provide performance feedback to coaches
  • Create a positive, energetic camp culture
  • Represent the Angels Baseball & Softball Camp organization with professionalism
