Yoga Therapists are trained professionals who use yoga practices—such as movement, breathing techniques, and meditation—to help clients address physical, mental, or emotional health concerns. Working remotely, they conduct virtual sessions via video calls, tailoring yoga routines and therapeutic techniques to individual needs. They may collaborate with healthcare providers, offer personalized guidance, and provide ongoing support for clients managing conditions like anxiety, chronic pain, or stress. Remote yoga therapy allows clients to participate from the comfort of their home while still receiving expert instruction and care.
