Working remotely, they conduct virtual sessions via video calls, tailoring yoga routines and therapeutic techniques to individual needs. They may collaborate with healthcare providers, offer personalized guidance, and provide ongoing support for clients managing conditions like anxiety, chronic pain, or stress. Remote yoga therapy allows clients to participate from the comfort of their home while still receiving expert instruction and care.

What are some unique challenges of working as a remote yoga therapist, and how can they be addressed?

It’s important to develop clear verbal cues, utilize video platforms with good audio/visual quality, and regularly check in with clients about their comfort and technique.
