Our beautiful 29 acre campus was once a summer recreation park and church camp. Today, we are a locally managed, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving older adults. We have a historical relationship with the Western Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Arbutus is hiring Certified Nurse Aides to perform direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Employees selected for this position are not required to have experience but they do need to be dedicated to ensuring patient care, able to demonstrate strong skills as a team player and have completed the requirements for obtaining a Pennsylvania certification as a Certified Nurse Aide. Selected candidates will also successfully complete a Criminal Record Check, TB test, medical and physical examination as well as a drug screen prior to employment.
