Centralus Health is central to wellness-for all of us.The Yoga Instructor provides therapeutic yoga sessions for patients in a mental health inpatient setting. The role supports patients' emotional regulation, stress reduction, and mind-body awareness as part of a multidisciplinary treatment approach. Sessions are adapted to meet a wide range of psychiatric conditions, physical abilities, and acuity levels.Key Responsibilities:Lead safe, structured yoga sessions for a group of inpatient psychiatric patients Adapt practices (movement, breathing, meditation) for varying diagnoses. Monitor patient engagement, behavior, and safety during sessions; respond appropriately to distress or escalation - collaborate with clinical staff.
