Experienced Aesthetic Injector NP — IV Therapy & Wellness Injections

Solterra Wellness Club is opening at The Galaxy at Polaris, and we are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner to help launch our clinical wellness and aesthetic services.
This is not an entry-level injector role. This position is best suited for a Nurse Practitioner who already has hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables, IV therapy, and wellness injections, and who is comfortable delivering clinical services in a refined, hospitality-driven wellness environment.
Solterra’s clinical wellness services may include IV hydration and vitamin therapy, vitamin injections, NAD+ protocols, peptide protocols as permitted by scope and protocol, and aesthetic injectables such as neuromodulators/Botox and related injectable services.
Important Experience Requirement
Please apply only if you have current or recent hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:

• Aesthetic injectables, including Botox/neuromodulators
• IV therapy and vascular access
• Vitamin injections or wellness shots
• NAD+ infusions or wellness infusion protocols
• Peptide or functional wellness protocols within appropriate scope and supervision

A certification course alone is not enough for this role. We are looking for a provider who has already performed these services in a med spa, wellness clinic, functional medicine, concierge medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar clinical setting.

That means the NP role will be supported by member relationships, front desk support, internal referrals, wellness events, and a brand designed to attract clients who value safety, education, consistency, and natural-looking outcomes.
Schedule

• Part-time employee or contract structure may be considered based on the final role design and provider availability.
• Recurring weekly appointment blocks preferred.
• Evening and/or weekend availability is a plus.
• Initial appointment blocks may begin more limited and expand as membership and clinical wellness demand grows.
• All appointments will be managed through Solterra’s booking platform.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation based on experience, service mix, availability, and completed appointments.
• Compensation structure may include service-based pay, hourly clinical/admin time, and/or performance incentives depending on the final role structure.

What You’ll Do

• Provide approved clinical wellness and aesthetic services within your license, training, scope, protocols, and applicable Ohio requirements.
• Perform client consultations, review health history, assess candidacy, identify contraindications, obtain informed consent, and educate clients on expected outcomes and aftercare.
• Administer IV hydration, vitamin therapy, vitamin injections, NAD+ protocols, peptide protocols, and aesthetic injectables only as permitted by scope, training, protocols, and collaborating medical director arrangement.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, client communication, and follow-up.
• Follow strict sanitation, safety, emergency response, medication handling, and documentation standards.
• Help refine Solterra’s clinical wellness menu, protocols, intake process, treatment flow, and guest experience.
• Collaborate professionally with Solterra’s wellness team, including skincare, massage, Pilates, yoga, and recovery providers.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current or recent hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectables, IV therapy, vitamin injections, or comparable clinical wellness services.
• Ability to practice within an appropriate collaborating Medical Director / Standard Care Arrangement structure as required for Ohio APRN practice.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation habits, client education skills, and safety-first decision-making.
• Professional, polished, reliable, and comfortable working in a premium client-facing wellness environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on aesthetic injector, med spa, IV therapy, functional medicine, wellness clinic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or concierge medicine experience.
• Experience with Botox/neuromodulators and aesthetic consultation.
• Experience with IV starts, vitamin infusions, IM injections, NAD+ protocols, or wellness injection protocols.
• Experience creating treatment plans, managing contraindications, and identifying when a client should be referred out or declined for treatment.
• Existing local clientele, referral relationships, or professional reputation is a plus but not required.

Not the Right Fit If

• You are seeking your first aesthetic injector role with no hands-on injector experience.
• You have only completed an aesthetics course but have not performed treatments on clients or patients.
• You are looking for a general family practice, urgent care, hospital, or primary care NP role.
• You are not comfortable working under approved protocols, documentation standards, and a collaborating medical director structure.
