Job description

Seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual who can assist in ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of Y facilities.
Job Description
Responsibilities for this position include the cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds for the YMCA branch and property. This is a direct service position that requires completing cleaning and maintenance assignments. May be required at times to work after hours, weekends and holidays. Some lifting will be required.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of experience with custodian work, cleaning and maintenance. Must have knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in custodial work as well as the ability to observe and report needs for maintenance and supplies. Dependability, attention to detail and relationship-building skills are required.
