The Mid Requirements Analyst supports the definition and analysis of mission requirements supporting digital modernization initiatives. Responsibilities * Conduct requirements analysis and stakeholder interviews. * Document system requirements and functional specifications. * Support development of requirements documentation. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 4+ years of experience in requirements analysis. * Experience supporting federal or DoD customers. * Active Secret security clearance required (or higher). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting DoD or federal programs utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or similar platforms. * Professional certifications such as INCOSE ASEP, OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP), Security+, or equivalent.
