We are hiring a Lead Landscaper / Crew Leader to maintain our senior living campus in Dearborn.
This is a landscape maintenance role (not design/build) at a single property-no driving between job sites. If you're looking for steady, year-round landscaping work with consistent hours, this is a strong opportunity.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and work alongside a small landscaping crew
  • Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, planting
  • Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and garden areas
  • Handle seasonal work: leaf cleanup, snow removal, salting
  • Keep sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor areas safe and clean
  • Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
  • Train team members on equipment and safety

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience
  • Experience as a crew leader, lead landscaper, or supervisor preferred
  • Comfortable with landscaping equipment and outdoor work year-round
