Our plumbers work a 4/10 schedule (4 work days), giving you a consistent three-day weekend. We know that fewer commute days and more predictable time off means you can spend more time living your life beyond work - for friends, family, travel and what matters to you.

  • Troubleshoot installation issues with lead plumbers
  • Ensure all work complies with Washington plumbing code and safety standards

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the physical demands of commercial construction plumbing, including lifting up to 75 lbs, working on ladders or lifts, and frequent bending, kneeling, and overhead work.

  • Paid holidays
  • 4+ weeks paid vacation
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% employer paid)
