Upon completion, apprentices are often eligible to take a licensing exam and advance to journeyman plumber status.

As a Plumbing Apprentice in a paid training program, you will typically assist licensed plumbers in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Your daily tasks may include carrying tools, measuring and cutting pipes, preparing job sites, and learning to interpret blueprints.
