DOE** **Prior experience with a 904 or 906 Compact Loader - 821 Case loader are a plus** Loader Operator | Job Description SUMMARY The Ewing Loader Operator plays a critical role in supporting yard operations by loading and transporting various materials including soil, rocks, and other landscaping supplies. This position requires a commitment to maintaining safety standards and efficient operations. The Loader Operator will work collaboratively with the Yard Manager and other team members to ensure the yard is well-organized and stocked.

Yard Maintenance will be a key part to this role to keep the yard organized and safe for teammates and customers alike. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Loader Operators are tasked with the responsibility of executing yard operations effectively. They will ensure that materials are loaded onto vehicles in a safe and timely manner while supporting the overall goals of the Yard and the company.

The performance of a Loader Operator will be evaluated based upon their ability to effectively execute their duties and responsibilities as outlined below. Requirements Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role Ability to operate heavy machinery and loading equipment safely and efficiently Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50-70 lbs.)
