Join Our Team as a Heavy Equipment Operator!

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the construction industry? Sollers Construction LLC is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Morenci, AZ. As a Heavy Equipment Operator with us, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, including new single-family housing construction and general commercial contracting services. Join us and be a part of a dynamic team that values quality work and safety above all else.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment such as scrapers, trackhoes, motor graders, bulldozers, front end loaders, Backhoes, Skidsteers, Mini excavators, dump trucks, Hydro excavators 
  • Excavate and prepare sites for construction projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
  • Conduct heavy equipment repairs and maintenance as needed

Required Skills:

  • Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment
  • Knowledge of civil construction techniques and best practices
  • Ability to operate various heavy equipment, including trackhoes, motor graders, and bulldozers skidsteers, backhoes, Mini excavators, dump trucks, Hydro excavator
  • Experience with road construction and highway construction projects
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Welding and fabrication skills
  • Previous experience operating bobcats, mini excavators, dump trucks, pipe layers, Underground utility work
  • Knowledge of flagging procedures for construction sites

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $62,425 to $80,388 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer health insurance, 401(k) options, sick leave, and paid time off.
