Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about travel? Dream Yacht Worldwide is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dedicated team in Clearwater. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support from the moment they book their charter until they set sail.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following their charter booking, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience.
  • Support & Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to address inquiries and provide information.
  • Operations & Reservations: Assist with modifications to bookings within our global reservation system.
  • Organization: Maintain general office efficiency, filing, and administrative support.
  • Technology Utilization: Manage workflows using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and online reservation platforms.
