Overview

Restoration Estimating Specialist

Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team for our West Regional team. This is a full-time position based out of our Arizona Call Center located in Tempe, AZ.  The hourly range for this position is $23.00-$25.00, depending on experience and you will also have the opportunity for a performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
  • Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
  • Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
  • Follow established billing and collections procedures.
Requirements
  • Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
  • Insurance claims experience is required.
  • Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Driver's License.
