We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Paint Robot Programmer / Digital Engineering Technician to support automated paint shop operations, robotic programming, and digital engineering initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

  • Program and troubleshoot robotic paint applications including:
    • Sealer
    • UBC
    • Dampening
    • Primer
    • Base
    • Clear coat systems
  • Run production trials and adjust robot parameters for optimal performance
  • Evaluate paint quality against engineering drawings and manufacturing standards

Offline Robot Programming & Simulation
  • Utilize simulation software to:
    • Create offline robot programs
    • Conduct reach studies
    • Perform cycle time analysis
  • Support digital engineering activities and manufacturing process improvements
