Job description

The Finest Accessories, Inc., a house of luxury fashion and lifestyle brands including France Luxe, L. Erickson, Maison France Luxe, and France Luxe Body, designs and creates exceptional accessories for customers around the world. Our brands have been featured in Vogue, WWD, Harper's Bazaar, Glamour, InStyle, and many other leading publications. As a recognized leader in our industry, we are driven by uncompromising quality, inspired creativity, and a commitment to delivering true customer joy in every detail.
At The Finest Accessories, Inc., we cultivate a culture of continuous growth and forward-thinking innovation. We expect every team member to embrace lifelong learning and to remain curious, agile, and open to emerging technologies. Integral to this commitment is the thoughtful and proactive adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) as a modern business tool.
AI fluency is part of our professional standard. Employees are expected to develop confidence and capability in using AI to elevate efficiency, deepen insight, expand creativity, and enhance decision-making. We encourage responsible experimentation and practical application of AI tools to strengthen work quality and strategic outcomes-always guided by sound judgment, data security, and unwavering protection of our brand integrity.
We are seeking a digitally savvy, highly organized E-Commerce Solutions Manager.
This role blends e-commerce operations, project coordination, and cross-functional communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
E-Commerce Coordination & Operations
  • Coordinate day-to-day e-commerce activities across platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, apps, and tools)
  • Manage task flow between internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure priorities, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and met

Resource Management
  • Determine when work should be handled in-house versus outsourced
  • Brief, schedule, and follow up with vendors, agencies, freelancers, and contractors
  • Track resource availability and capacity to prevent bottlenecks

Project & Process Management
  • Maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and documentation
  • Create and refine workflows for product launches, site updates, promotions, and content changes
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps-and propose solutions

Platform & Performance Support
  • Coordinate site updates, merchandising requests, and content changes
  • Support QA and launch readiness (coordination rather than hands-on execution)
  • Pull basic reports or coordinate reporting across tools to support decision-making

Cross-Functional Communication
  • Serve as a central point of contact for e-commerce initiatives
  • Translate business needs into clear briefs and actionable tasks
  • Provide concise status updates and progress reports to leadership

What This Role Is Not
  • Not a solo "do-everything" e-commerce specialist
  • Not a technical developer role
  • Not customer service or order management

This role is about orchestration, coordination, and clarity.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, project coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Comfort working across multiple tools, platforms, and stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, agencies, or freelancers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Experience leading and directing a small team
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, etc.)
  • Understanding of digital marketing, merchandising, or UX workflows
  • Experience supporting a growing or scaling brand
  • Marketplace experience (Amazon, Target Plus, Walmart, Zalando, Mercado Libre)
  • Experience working in a SKU-rich environment

WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Competitive hourly wage between $32.00 and $38.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
  • Generous vacation & sick time, medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Work with a prestigious, industry-leading brand
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive, and fun work environment
  • Grow your career-we invest in our people!
