Project-Funded Position: This position is tied to PSCG's subcontract under a specific task order within a Master Services Agreement. Employment begins at the task order kickoff and continues through the task order period of performance. Continued employment beyond the initial period of performance is contingent upon PSCG's award of follow-on work. PSCG prioritizes retention and redeployment of proven team members to subsequent task orders as volume allows.

ABOUT PSCG

1099 Engagement — Independent Contractor: This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement, not W-2 employment. Consultants execute a PSCG Master Independent Consultant Agreement. Consultants set their own hours within defined deadlines for deliverables, maintain their own equipment, and are free to work for other clients. No PSCG benefits apply; consultants manage their own taxes, insurance, and retirement.

Essential Healthcare Solutions LLC is supporting Pinnacle Solutions & Consulting Group (PSCG), an SBA-Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas, in its search for motivated, solution-driven team players eager to embrace the responsibilities of working in a dynamic and professionally rewarding environment.

  • Draft and edit task order deliverables, including reports, memoranda, briefings, and planning products.
  • Maintain task order deliverable tracker and ensure on-time submission.
  • Conduct quality control review of deliverables against task order requirements.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, after-action notes, and task order status reports.
  • Support proposal and capture documentation for follow-on task orders.
  • Maintain task order files, correspondence archive, and documentation repository.
  • Provide editorial and formatting support across PSCG task order outputs.
  • Maintain DCAA-compliant daily timekeeping against assigned task order charge codes.

    WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, public administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum four (4) years of professional technical writing, program analysis, or documentation experience.
  • Demonstrated federal contracting or consulting documentation experience.
  • Strong writing, editing, and document production skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint or equivalent.
  • U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • Immediate availability; ability to start within fourteen (14) days of offer acceptance.

WHAT WE'D ALSO LIKE TO SEE

  • Active Public Trust clearance.
  • Federal proposal writing experience (Shipley method or similar).
  • Experience with emergency management, disaster response, or federal grants documentation.
  • Graphics and visualization skills (Visio, Illustrator, or equivalent).

    WHAT WE OFFER

  • Full health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Hybrid work flexibility.
  • Professional development support.
  • Broad exposure across federal disaster response task orders and a path to senior analyst roles.
