(XSI) is seeking a responsible professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal person for the job will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.

The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position. Roles and Responsibilities : Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including email, and spreadsheets. Plan, organize, schedule meetings organize and make travel arrangements.

Calendar scheduling correspondence, and setup Microsoft Teams meetings. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and face to face. Submit and reconcile expense reports and prepare and monitor invoices.

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Assist in the coordination and implementation of special projects, meetings, and training. Qualifications: Process improvement, research results, informing others, thoroughness, and analytical Skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
