WAGE RANGE: $15.00-$25.00
OPEN UNTIL FILLED: 1ST PULL DATE, MAY 25, 2026
JOB SUMMARY
Provide shuttle/cart service for Wildhorse customers, including 15-30 passenger bus or van as needed for trips and charters away from the property.
Shuttle Driver I - Does not require a CDL or Passenger Endorsement. Limited in number of passengers that can be transported.
Shuttle Driver II - Requires a CDL with Passenger Endorsement and valid DOT Medical Examiners Certificate.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  1. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
  2. Promotes positive guest relations at all times, promptly responding to guest inquiries/requests, and resolving guest concerns at the lowest level possible, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  3. Greets guests arriving and departing in a friendly courteous and caring manner using personalized service.
  4. Promotes safety above all other tasks, including maintaining vehicles so they are clean and free of slip and fall hazards and ensuring that customers entering and exiting the vehicle can do so safely.
  5. Obey all traffic laws/signs to ensure the safest operation of WRC vehicles and the safety of our guests.
  6. Will conduct a routine inspection of your vehicle before and after the assigned shift, reporting any damage, defects, or operational concerns. If any concerns may impact the operational safety of the vehicle, report immediately to the shift manager.
  7. Responsible for fueling vehicles appropriately, following established purchasing procedures.
  8. Will participate in Security staff meetings and training as required.
  9. Maintains a working knowledge of company facilities, as well as special events on the property, to provide guests with accurate, up-to-date information.
  10. Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
  11. Maintain professional communication with supervisor & coworkers, including radio contact with management, other shuttle drivers, etc.
  12. Other transportation duties as assigned.

SIGNATORY ABILITY:
  1. Fuel receipts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Six (6) months of customer service experience to ensure courteous, friendly, and efficiency with customers.
  2. Possess a valid driver's license with no history of motor vehicle-related citation or arrest conviction(s) within the last five (5) years in any state per WRC insurance requirements.
  3. High School Diploma or GED required or Ten (10) years of experience.
  4. Obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of the hire date.
  5. Need to have good visual and auditory acuity and be able to drive in adverse weather.
  6. Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
  7. Requires a Low-Security Gaming License clearance.
  8. Must be at least 25 years of age.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Valid Class III CDL with Passenger Endorsement and valid DOT Medical Examiners Certificate.
