Jefferson Health is seeking dedicated and dynamic Hospitalists to join our expanding inpatient medicine team. Our Hospitalists provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple sites within the Jefferson Health network, supporting diverse communities and clinical teams.
Hospitalist opportunities are available at the following Jefferson Health locations:
Abington Hospital (Abington, PA)
Jefferson Health - Northeast (Torresdale, Frankford, and Bucks campuses)
Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital (Cherry Hill, NJ)
Jefferson Stratford Hospital (Stratford, NJ)
Jefferson Washington Township Hospital (Turnersville, NJ)

Job Description

  • Provide direct inpatient care and manage hospitalized adult patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
  • Participate in clinical rounds, patient consultations, and discharge planning.
  • Document clinical care in a timely and accurate manner using EPIC EMR.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
  • Supervise and educate residents or advanced practice providers (as applicable).
