Full-Time Sales Wrangler Job Description

Our Sales Wranglers are the hardest working people out there! They're consistently juggling tasks to ensure they're giving customers the ultimate level of customer service, all the while aiming to achieve their sales goals. It takes grit, a passion for customer service, high energy, attention to detail, dedication to maintain expertise in product knowledge, diligence in becoming a master hat shaper and designer, a preference for teamwork, mutual respect and kindness to everyone in the company, and a goal-oriented outlook.

Sales Wrangler responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Training
    • One full week of initial Training:
      • In depth learning within each department.
      • Daily hat shaping.
      • Learning what it takes to be the best wrangler you can be.
    • 2-4 Shadow shifts learning from seasoned veterans and managers.
    • Training is a never-ending process at Kemo Sabe:
      • There is required semi-annual training refresh projects.
      • Training on new products received.
      • Read and reread your training manual, utilize product videos, and work with managers until you feel 100% knowledgeable about everything in the store.
  • Sales Floor (Daily Tasks)
    • Cleaning and organizing.
    • Refilling merchandise displays, hat bar supplies, and register supplies.
    • Checking hat wall order.
    • Replenishing the silk spools.
    • Helping with remerchandising displays.
    • Constantly straightening displays.
    • Keeping the store neat and tidy at all times.
    • Use the register computers to check your emails daily.
      • Respond if appropriate and do so in a timely manner.
    • Work towards achieving your semi-annual sales goals.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet every customer.
    • Each customer deserves the full Kemo Sabe experience.
  • Operations
    • Package your customer's purchases the day of.
      • Follow up to ensure they received their package.
    • Scan every item's tag when ringing up a sale.
    • Notify the operations team if an item is missing a tag.
    • Help maintain the stockroom organization.
    • Properly fill out all forms.
