Undertake conversion projects to migrate on-premise legacy technology to Azure cloud-based technologies based on business requirements. Work with senior management to define and implement technical processes and procedures focusing on client happiness and efficiency. Own the workload of technical resources based on timelines established by project and senior leaders. Communicate status, issues and risks to project partners. Maintain and craft technical project documentation and client worksheets. Work closely with Product Development and Professional Services developers to resolve complex technical issues and lead internal technical development training sessions.
