Job description

Job Type
Full-time
Description
San Francisco, CA Land Rover Iconic brand and location Luxury & Hospitality Veterans encouraged to apply $150,000 - $250,000+ annually
Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars.
We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.
Land Rover San Francisco is one of the most iconic luxury automotive destinations in the country. Positioned in the heart of downtown San Francisco, we serve an exclusive, high-net-worth clientele who expect nothing less than an extraordinary experience - from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they drive away.
With history, prestige, and serious momentum, we're building something special here.
THE ROLE
This is not a standard sales or finance position. It's a dual-impact leadership opportunity for a top producer who thrives in both the sales process and the finance office - and who has the presence, the polish, and the drive to represent Land Rover at the highest level.
You'll own the full guest journey - from the first conversation on the floor to the final signature in the finance office. That end-to-end ownership creates a seamless, premium experience for the guest and unmatched earning potential for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Guide high-net-worth luxury guests through the full vehicle purchase experience - from first contact to final delivery - with professionalism, expertise, and genuine hospitality
• Lead the finance process for your deals - presenting and selling F&I products, structuring transactions, and ensuring full compliance on every contract
• Build lasting guest relationships that generate referrals, repeat business, and a personal book of loyal Land Rover clients
• Present vehicles and financing options with the confidence and polish that the Land Rover brand and its clientele demand
• Partner with service and sales leadership to deliver a consistent, white-glove ownership experience beyond the point of sale
• Maintain rigorous CRM discipline - following up with precision and care to convert leads and protect the guest relationship
• Uphold full compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations on every deal
• Contribute to a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement on the sales floor
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of experience in luxury automotive sales - Land Rover or premium European brand experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience with proven F&I performance metrics - PVR, VSC penetration, GAP penetration
• A polished, professional presence - you are comfortable with exclusive, high-net-worth clientele and carry yourself accordingly
• Proven top-producer track record in both sales volume and F&I performance
• Deep knowledge of deal structure, menu selling, and compliance standards (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA)
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Active state F&I license, or the ability to obtain one prior to start
• A builder's mindset - you want to be part of growing something, not just filling a seat
• A hospitality-first approach - you lead every guest interaction with integrity, warmth, and professionalism
WHAT WE OFFER
Income potential of $150,000 - $250,000+ annually
• A rare dual-role structure that maximizes earning potential across both sales and finance
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Paid Land Rover manufacturer and F&I product training
• Career growth - top performers at Swickard grow into sales management, F&I director, and multi-store leadership roles
• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts
• The opportunity to be a foundational part of building an elite hospitality-driven culture at one of San Francisco's most prestigious automotive landmarks
WHY LAND ROVER SAN FRANCISCO
• An iconic downtown San Francisco location - one of the most recognizable luxury automotive destinations on the West Coast
• Land Rover is a globally revered brand with a fiercely loyal following - the guests who walk through our doors are serious, sophisticated, and ready to invest
• An exclusive, high-net-worth clientele that rewards advisors who lead with knowledge, presence, and genuine care
• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country - ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry
• A culture in active construction - you won't be inheriting a finished product. You'll be helping build it
• Our HEART values - Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank - are the foundation of everything we do
• Leadership that believes in you, invests in you, and gives you the room to perform at your best
Some roles fill an opening. This one builds a legacy. The person who steps into this role won't just be selling cars and closing deals. They'll be setting the standard for hospitality-driven luxury sales in one of the most competitive and coveted markets in the country.
Top producers who want to lead, grow, and be part of building something great - this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Swickard Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
