The Technical Services Specialist supports Fidelity Bankโ€™s Information Technology operations by serving as the primary help desk contact, managing internal support calls, and assisting users with system access, hardware/software setup, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. The role requires at least one year of related experience, strong PC and MS Office skills, solid communication abilities, and the capability to document procedures, provide user training, and maintain accurate records and reports. Responsibilities also include performing processing tasks and security reviews, offering rotating weekend phone support, coordinating work across departments, and ensuring adherence to IT policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational core values. The Specialist contributes to departmental goals while promoting a positive customer experience and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
