Chick-fil-A Hunker Down Hospitality - Lead D.A.W.G.S. Leadership Initiative


Compensation:$50,000-$63,000 / year


Schedule:Full-Time | Flexible | Closed Sundays


Chick-fil-A Hunker Down Hospitalityis seekinghighly driven, growth-minded leaderswith a passion for service and operational excellence to join ourLead D.A.W.G.S. Leadership Initiative.


This program provides an opportunity to workside by side with the Operator and leadership team, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of managing a multi-million-dollar Chick-fil-A franchise. Participants are developed with the goal of pursuingfuture Chick-fil-A ownershiporcorporate leadership roles.

In this role, leaders will be challenged through scenarios designed to strengthenbusiness acumen,emotional intelligence, andcultural awareness-key qualities of influential servant leaders.
