Captain Andy's Sailing Adventures is seeking an experienced, skilled, enthusiastic, and safety-consciousRaft Captain to join our dynamic team! If you're passionate about the ocean, love engaging with people, and want to work along one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, this is the opportunity for you.

About the Role:
You'll be at the helm of our rigid-hull inflatable rafts (RHIBs), leading guests on unforgettable journeys along the Na Pali Coast. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the physical endurance to thrive in an active, ocean-based environment.
