As a Manufacturing Engineer Sr. you will play a key role in driving process improvements and optimizing our manufacturing operations. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from process development and implementation to equipment maintenance and repair. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of process changes and provide technical support and guidance to production staff.

WHO YOU ARE
Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team, focusing on process improvements across for our CCA and cable assembly builds. Successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring the highest level of efficiency, quality, and reliability. Experience with Nextgen radar programs is a plus.
What You Will Be Doing As a Manufacturing Engineer you will play a key role in driving process improvements and optimizing our manufacturing operations. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from process development and implementation to equipment maintenance and repair. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of process changes and provide technical support and guidance to production staff.
