Required Experience:
• More than 5 years of Automated Testing experience
• At least 2 years of experience on Worksoft Certify Tool
• Experience with Test Management and working with onshore offshore model
• Experience with testing in Ariba, SAP, Microsoft PPM, and BI reports would be preferred
• Experience with HP-ALM and Worksoft integration would be an advantage
Job Description:
• Supports TCoE (Testing Center of Excellence) Management in Automated Test strategy formulation, execution, process improvements, and communication of test strategies to all stakeholders.
• Requires advanced knowledge of automation frameworks, Worksoft Certify, status reporting, and general management.
• Additionally, requires good interaction skills; with senior client management, with ability to articulate and defend strategic decisions; with other stakeholders to articulate technical solutions.
Daily Duties include:
• Create and design the automated testing framework, strategies and test scripts, according to the standards; and collaborate with stakeholders and executive staff for review and approval
• Test scripts automation using Worksoft Certify
• Review and Approve all test approaches and maintenance plans for automated test scripts to ensure test coverage for all applications are complete and integrated; including automated end-to-end execution
• Develop and enforce best practices and standards for all automation activities
• Design test data management plans that enables all business models to be tested in an automated fashion
• Work with vendor support teams (e.g. Worksoft) to troubleshoot issues
• Produce testing metrics and manage communications to stakeholders
