MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior SAP (System Applications and Products) Data Services Tester to join our team. This is a remote position.
The Senior SAP Data Services Tester is responsible for validating the reliability and performance of SAP implementations, ensuring technical processes map flawlessly to business needs. They design test scripts, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and execute automated tests for major modules like S/4HANA, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Scenario Design: Translating functional blueprints and requirements into executable test scenarios.
  • Test Execution: Conducting unit, integration, performance, and regression testing.
  • Defect Management: Troubleshooting bugs, managing test data, and tracing defects through tools like SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM
  • UAT Facilitation: Bridging the gap between developers and end-users to ensure go-live readiness and client approval.
  • Writing and executing test scripts with cross process functionality in SAP and End-to-End testing experience in multiple SAP modules.
  • Work closely with the technical team to identify, document and resolve issues identified during test execution
    Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
  • Participating in test planning, identifying scope and duration of testing for each phase of testing

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, 3 to 5 years SAP S/4HANA testing experience
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
  • Experience with SAP Modules knowledge of functional domains (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, or EWM) and their standard transaction codes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile environments, CI/CD pipelines, and data mapping.
  • Test Automation proficiency in enterprise tools like Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, or OpenText UFT One.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability and undergo a Tier 2 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

The projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00-$148,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
