At Maivie, guests create beautiful pressed flower art and unforgettable memories. From girls' nights to date nights, we make creativity feel like a party, and we need energetic, guest-focused leaders to help us bring that magic to LA!
About the Role
We're looking for a charismatic, upbeat, and service-driven leader to host Pressed Flower Workshops and manage our retail floor. You'll guide guests through their creative journey, keep the energy high, and ensure every visitor leaves feeling proud and inspired.
This is a part-time position, perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fun, creative environment, and is looking for flexible hours.
What You'll Do
  • Host interactive workshops by leading or assisting guests step by step, cheering them on, and celebrating their finished artwork
  • Help guests create stunning pieces by offering suggestions on frames and flower arrangements
  • Frame their masterpieces so they leave with a polished, ready-to-hang piece
  • Capture the magic by snapping photos and videos for social media content
  • Support retail and guests by ringing up sales, answering questions, and keeping the space welcoming
  • Receive and unpack shipments and assist with inventory and supply restocking
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You Bring
Must-Have:
  • Reliable transportation to our LA location(s)
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and a welcoming personality
  • Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
