We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys problem solving, critical thinking and provides the highest level of client service. As the Project Manager, it's important to be able to balance client expectations along with company goals as the individual will be responsible for several implementations task and milestones simultaneously. This position is responsible for the coordination, execution, and delivery of our products to our customers. Experience with oil and gas procurement, supply chain, sourcing, contracting, or materials management processes is beneficial but not required and can provide valuable context when supporting customer implementations.

Performance Objectives

  • Responsible for managing the implementation of Enverus software products with clients. This includes following project management principles as the project progresses to ensure the clients are promoters of the finished product.
  • Responsible for coordinating communication with all areas of the organization that impacts the timeline, scope, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
  • Ensures milestones are successfully met through the management of project activities, tasks, and coordination of resources.
  • Works closely with more experienced project managers to gather and share information to the implementation team that is necessary to make decisions.
  • Will assist the Project Team in identifying, eliminating and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Assists with setting up and configuring new installations to fit into workflow models.
  • Effectively communicate project statuses to internal and external stakeholders and coordinate work timelines and expectations between the customer and all other groups, third parties and other individuals who are involved in the project. This also drives customer satisfaction which will influence future sales, retention and our Net Promoter Score.
  • Conduct customer trainings for new users on Enverus software.
  • Provide input to management on new implementation policies, programs, procedures and schedules, based on knowledge of identified needs or changes in services and continuous improvement objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical knowledge of the specifications, operation, and diagnostic of products while maintaining familiarity with competing products.
  • Solicits customer feedback to improve service and respond to requests for service and assistance.
  • Travel as required to fulfill duties of this job description. Other travel will include conferences and meetings as requested.

Competitive Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, computer science, marketing, commerce or equivalent relevant experience

Experience:

  • 4-5+ years related experience in managing software implementation projects
  • 4-5+ years of outstanding customer service to large complex Oil and Gas organizations
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, materials management, or bid management within the oil and gas industry, including working knowledge of price agreements, contracts, commercial terms, purchase order processes, and supplier evaluation or tendering activities, is considered a plus.
  • Ability to partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables align with contractual obligations and support competitive, compliant sourcing decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and able to talk to all levels of an organization
  • Proficient in all MS Office Products
  • Possess a general understanding of SaaS and P2P processes
  • Knowledge of project management tools and web tools
  • Knowledge of Project Management (PMBOK) principles
  • Desired but not required: Familiarity with supplier management, contract lifecycle management, materials procurement, inventory management, or related commercial workflows within upstream, midstream, or downstream oil and gas organizations.

  • Ability to learn new software applications, from a functional perspective, with minimal guidance
  • Ability to problem solve and seek alternatives and handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment while being able to work independently without immediate supervision
