About the Role

As a Technical Product Manager at Everglade Works, you will bridge the gap between engineering, business strategy, and customer needs. You will own the product roadmap, define technical requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Technical Leadership: Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define clear technical requirements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Agile Execution: Lead Agile product development cycles, prioritize backlogs, and oversee sprint planning and release management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct competitor research, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Gather user feedback, analyze metrics, and iterate on features to enhance the customer experience.
  • Performance & KPIs: Define and track key success metrics to measure product performance and impact.
What We are Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with a strong technical background (software development, cloud platforms, APIs, etc.).
  • Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, and modern software architecture.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from ideation to execution.
