Job Description We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Workplace Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our New York offices. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional workplace experience for employees, candidates, and visitors while overseeing office operations, facilities, onboarding, events, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office experience Manage daily office operations, including facilities requests, office supplies, pantry inventory, mail, shipping, and vendor coordination Support employee onboarding and offboarding by coordinating workspaces, equipment, and other logistical needs Plan and execute meetings, company events, and employee programs, including catering, setup, communications, and vendor management Partner with building management to coordinate maintenance requests, office access, safety procedures, and workplace operations Maintain workplace inventory, monitor budgets, and ensure office equipment and systems remain organized and operational Provide administrative and project support to leadership, including scheduling, travel coordination, research, and special projects Assist with workplace initiatives across multiple office locations as needed Qualifications 2-4 years of workplace operations, office management, facilities, or administrative experience Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating a positive employee experience Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Experience managing vendors, office operations, and workplace logistics Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Comfortable lifting office supplies and equipment as needed and supporting hands-on workplace operations Valid driver's license required Compensation & Schedule Pay: $22-$23 per hour Temp-to-perm opportunity Full-time Fully on-site, Monday-Friday New York, NY
