Job description

Overview
Operates under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager. Provide customer service at the entrance of Red Hill, Adit 3. Welcome customers and clients to the site, ensure all visitors sign in and out and have appropriate PPE to suit the condition of the worksite. Candidate Customer Service Rep/Greeter must possess a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude.
Customer Service Rep/Greeter will have general working knowledge of Red Hill site operations; any specific questions about the operation of the water filtration system will be directed of the to the Operations Manager. Will maintain work site in a clean and orderly fashion.
Responsibilities
  • Customer service/friendly and positive
  • Monitor and record visitors in/out of Red Hill
  • Requires familiarity with the terminology of the operations
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives
  • Job duties and responsibilities may change due to contractual requirements
  • May perform general administrative duties and provide clerical support to the Project Team, as required

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
    • High School Diploma
    • Must be able to read, write and proficiently in English
    • Valid State Driver's License with no restrictions.
    • Must successfully pass a NAC-I background investigation.
    • Ability to work independently with little direction or supervision.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software programs) to assist with special projects.
    • Specific contractual requirements regarding education and experience prevail where applicable.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Experience:
    • 1-year of related job experience, preferred.
    • Effective organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Customer service experience is required.
    • Six months administrative background within an office setting (multi-functional work environment).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
    • Reliable, able to be at work on time and complete assigned missions daily, able to learn new regulations and cooperate with team members
    • Must possess a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
  • Working Environment:
    • Hold and maintain a valid driver's license
    • Must be able to multitask.
    • Function in an outdoor environment approximately 75 percent of the time or more.
    • May be subject to rain, wind, hot or chilly conditions dependent on the time of year
  • Physical Activities:
    • Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
    • Telephonic, email, and Face to Face interaction with customers.
    • Perform other duties as required that may involve working overtime, weekends, flexible hours and holidays.
    • Personal Protective Equipment must be worn at all times.
    • Frequent hand washing or hand sanitizer may be used and practiced on the program.
