  • Offer strategic consultation to C-suite leaders, executives, managers, and Human Resources partners.

  • Collaborate with a unique clinical team of onsite providers through regular touchpoints focused on best practices, complex organizational cases, and shared expertise.

  • Provide counseling and support to employees.

  • Assess risk and respond to organizational crises through in-the-moment support, triage, and safety planning.

  • Develop an expert-level understanding of the internal benefits ecosystem to provide seamless resource navigation and referrals.

  • Monitor workplace data and trends to identify strategic insights and recommend targeted mental health interventions.

  • Represent the program at benefits and promotional events to increase awareness and engagement.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while following confidentiality, ethical, and organizational standards.

  • Identify and resolve barriers to care to create a frictionless member experience.

  • Communicate regularly with local points of contact and escalate site needs to the broader clinical leadership team.

What We Expect From You

  • Be able to practice independently without licensed supervision.

  • Have at least five years of post-graduate experience as an independently licensed clinician; eight or more years is preferred.

  • Have experience providing management consultation, critical incident response, and executive-level presentations to C-suite and senior leaders.

  • Be comfortable facilitating groups ranging from 5 to 500 participants, both virtually and in person.

  • Identify and elevate cross-functional themes that may affect culture, morale, or productivity, and proactively recommend appropriate interventions.

  • Maintain a strong and accessible onsite presence to reduce stigma and encourage early help-seeking.

  • Recognize and address compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and emotional exhaustion common in high-demand, customer-facing environments.
