About the Role:
We have a current opening for a Workplace Specialist and are actively reviewing applications.
The Workplace Manager leads daily workplace operations at the Augusta site, while providing vendor-driven workplace management support for Florence and Louisville. This role ensures consistent workplace standards, strong service performance, and seamless operational support across all three locations. This role partners closely with Health & Safety (H&S), local maintenance teams, and People Business Partners (PBPs) to identify operational gaps, align vendor relationships, and serve as the main point of contact for facility buildouts and renovations. Reporting to the Workplace Manager - Industrial NAM, the role supports strategic and day-to-day initiatives to enhance the industrial work environment and ensure policy compliance.
This role will require travel to other manufacturing facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
Augusta - Day-to-Day Workplace Operations
  • Oversee all daily workplace operations at Augusta, ensuring reliable service delivery and a positive employee experience.
  • Manage core workplace services including:
  • Reception and Guest management
  • Office logistics & Supplies
  • Security and Access coordination
  • Uniform management (including guest safety shoe management)
  • Landscape & Snow removal coordination
  • Canteen/Vending oversight
  • Event assistance in regards to all HR related events
  • Serve as liaison with the NAM Fleet and Travel Specialist to support coordination of fleet-related and travel-related workplace needs.
  • Conduct routine workplace walkthroughs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Florence & Louisville - Vendor-Based Support Model
  • Oversee workplace services at Florence and Louisville through strong vendor management with local HRBP support.
  • Review, validate, and process workplace-related vendor invoices with HRBP support.
  • Conduct onsite audits to assess workplace standards and vendor performance.
  • Partner with site leadership and service providers to resolve issues and maintain seamless workplace operations.

Industrial Site Operational Support (All Sites)
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, and HR to support operational and administrative functions.
  • Support GMP compliance, audit readiness, and documentation needs.
  • Assist with workplace-related emergency preparedness (signage, communication, routing).

Space Planning & Utilization (All Sites)
  • Lead planning for office areas, shared spaces, collaboration zones, and employee amenity spaces.
  • Execute layout changes and move coordination; oversee vendor-led work at Florence and Louisville.

Vendor, Contract & Budget Management
  • Own vendor relationships and service performance across all three sites.
  • Manage workplace service contracts, renewals, KPIs, and compliance.
  • Oversee workplace OPEX budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Employee Experience & Site Services
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality employee experience across all sites.
  • Support onboarding (workspace setup, lockers, uniforms, access).

Compliance, Safety & Documentation
  • Ensure workplace operations align with GMP, safety, and corporate standards.
  • Maintain SOPs, vendor documentation, logs, and audit records.
  • Support incident reporting and follow-up.

Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead workplace improvement initiatives at Florence.
  • Guide vendor-executed enhancements at Florence and Louisville.
  • Identify opportunities for digital tools, service quality, and operational efficiency improvements.

About You:
Business Experience Required:
  • 5+ years in workplace management or industrial operations support.
  • Experience in manufacturing, food production, or regulated environments.
  • Strong vendor management and multi-site coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel to Florence and Louisville.

Business Experience Preferred
  • Strong understanding of industrial workplace compliance standards (e.g., OSHA).
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proficient in facility operations software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with GMP, SAP, IWMS, Ariba or workplace ticketing.
  • Certifications in Workplace Management, project management or continuous improvement.
